The testnet of Zaïffer, an ecosystem project of the privacy chain Zama, is now live.

Zaïffer is a decentralized platform that allows users to apply privacy protection to any token on any EVM-compatible blockchain, enabling private transactions within existing DeFi applications.

To access the testnet, you need to apply for a whitelist first, which is typically approved after about 12 hours.

Whitelist Application

After approval, head to the testnet, connect your wallet, and claim test tokens.

We interact based on its tasks.

1: Shielding

This is depositing assets.

Click on "wallet", then click the "shield" icon next to the asset to deposit it.

2: Unshielding

The same operation, but this time select "unshield".

Note: This step reduces points, rather than increasing them.

3: Private Transfer

Click on "payments".

You can choose to send to a single address at the top of the interface or select multi-address sending.

Enter the recipient's address, select the token you want to send, choose the amount, and click send.

4: Swap

Click on "swaps" to exchange tokens; currently, only cstETH-cUSDT swaps are available.

The other two tasks have not been launched yet, so look forward to updates from the project team.
